We are fortunate in the fourth district that our priority is veterans service. That is why we have two District Service Officers (DSO) Dutch DeGroot and Tom McMahon. Their mission is to train and mentor Post Service Officers (PSO) throughout the district. The main goal is to help veterans and their families with any number of items to include being the conduit to sending them on to an accredited Veterans Service Officer (VSO).
